Be transported to Cuba with Conjunto Malecón, live band from Edinburgh. Conjunto Malecón are a Scotland-based musical collective united by a shared passion for traditional Cuban music. The five-piece ensemble brings together musicians of diverse nationalities, blending their unique backgrounds into a singular, authentic interpretation of one of the most influential musical styles to emerge from the late 19th century. The ensemble brings together three generations of musicians from some of the most influential Afro-Caribbean bands in Northern UK, including Salsa Celtica, Orquesta Latina Turners, Orquesta Mambo Internacional, and Son al Son.
