Batch Cooking for Families

Plateful is a community cooking project where people cook together, make meals in bulk, and take food home. It’s a simple idea that helps make everyday cooking easier, more affordable, more social and healthier.

How do the sessions work?

Each session is relaxed, hands-on, and practical:
* We cook together as a group
* Make a few different dishes
* Everyone helps with different tasks (chopping, stirring, prepping, cooking, packing)
* You’ll take home portions of food to enjoy later

The atmosphere is friendly, down-to-earth, and pressure-free.

Max 9 people, 3 families, aged 8 plus with an adult, Book Here.

Why join Plateful?

Plateful sessions aim to:
* Help people prepare healthy, home-style meals
* Save time and money by cooking in bulk
* Build confidence and everyday cooking skills
* Create a welcoming space to meet others and cook together

You’ll leave with food for home, new ideas, and a sense of shared effort.
