What's On - Live Well with MS - Tayside 2025

The MS Society is pleased to invite you to a free, in-person event designed to support people affected by MS. Whether you are living with MS, supporting someone who is, or working in health and social care, this day offers valuable insight, connection, and practical tools for living well with MS.

What to expect:

• Expert speakers on health, wellbeing, and MS research


• Accessible tech and tools that can support daily life


• Updates on financial and clinical support


• A chance to try seated yoga in a relaxed environment


• Space to connect with others who understand


• Opportunities to explore local services and support at our exhibitor marketplace
