Friends of Broughty Ferry Library present Our War Memorials - Their History, Conservation and Future.

War Memorials Trust is the national charity dedicated to the protection and conservation of our war memorial heritage. In this talk the Trust’s Conservation Officer, Andrew McMaster will provide some of the fascinating history to our war memorials both locally and nationally, discuss the challenges they face as many pass their centenary and move further from living memory, and consider their future as the roles they play and the environment around them continues to evolve.

Tickets cost £3 and can be purchased in Broughty Ferry Community Library. No ticket, no entry.
There will be a raffle (£1) and light refreshments after the talk.
