Whether you already run your own community project, you’ve got an idea you want to explore or you’re keen to find a small step you could take - come along to hear local stories, take part in creative workshops and network with community-minded people local to you.

We’ve got a jam-packed programme lined up for you!

We start the day hearing from the new Changemakers Climate Hub who will be talking about an exciting new community project in Dundee!

The morning workshops encourage us to act creatively to help reduce our impact on the planet - one brings craft and collaboration together as we delve into upcycling, another explores how we can make our own alternatives to plastic food wrap to help reduce consumption.

Lunch will be provided by local community café Serendipities in a Big Lunch sharing style! If you’re able to, we invite you to bring something shareable to the table.

The afternoon sees us step outside for a breath of fresh air, to relax, refuel and reconnect to nature, as the workshops take us outdoors to the gardens of the Maxwell Centre.

Whatever your area of community focus, this event is an opportunity to hear about local projects and small steps we can all try, to make a difference - sign up, come along and take time to refuel yourself.

This spring, Eden Project Communities is running a series of events just like this one across the whole of the UK, including two more in Scotland. Join in and be part of something bigger - let’s make positive change together!
