Euan Macpherson - An introduction to Hindu Astrology

Euan has previously given talks on various subjects to the Dundee Theosophical Society. The theme of this talk will be centred on Hindu Astrology, also known as Vedic astrology or Jyotisha. It originated in India thousands of years ago and is based on the belief that the positions of celestial bodies, stars and planets influence human lives and events on earth.

How can Hindu Astrology help us understand things that - in the West - we think we understand but perhaps do not? How can Hindu Astrology help our understanding of The Bible, for example, or of ancient civilisations?
