We no longer accept counter payments. Customers who wish to continue using cash for transactions with the Council will be able to do so at Paypoint outlets and Post Offices which are located within local convenience stores in their communities. Full details can be found in our news release.

Please be advised face to face enquiries are available, by appointment, at Dundee House, 50 North Lindsay Street, Dundee between 8.30am – 5pm, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and 9.30am- 5pm Wednesday.

East District Housing Office, 169 Pitkerro Road, Dundee re-opened to the public from 6th June on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays; 10am - 4pm, while West District Housing Office, 3 Sinclair Street, Lochee, Dundee re-opened 7th June on Tuesdays and Thursdays; 10am - 4pm.

We will be encouraging anyone who wishes to access our services to do so online, over the telephone or by email.
