Transaction Problems?

A confirmation screen at the end of the transaction will indicate whether or not your payment was successful. You will be given a unique reference with which we can trace your payment.

If you experience difficulty, please contact the Customer Services Team on 434800 or email onlinepayments@dundeecity.gov.uk. Please give details of your customer reference or account number and the date and time the problem occurred.

If you have problems using this online facility, it may be due to:

  • having your browser configured to block 'pop-ups'

Our online payment facility encrypts all the data sent from your browser to our payment facility. Your credit card details will be sent directly from your browser, using a secure link, to the bank's secure server.

How to Make a Payment

  • Click on the option you want from the list of transaction types shown on the 'online payments' page. This will open a new browser window linked to our secure online payments system.
  • Enter your Account Number. This can be found on your rent book, Council Tax letter or parking fine ticket. If you wish to pay a Council invoice please enter the invoice number.
  • Enter the amount you wish to pay and your email address.
