Parking Information

You can park free of charge in any Dundee City Centre on-street pay and display bay and any Dundee City Council car park within Dundee City Centre on:

25th December 2024
26th December 2024
1st January 2025
2nd January 2025

Dates may be subject to change.

Please note, where any of these dates lands on a Saturday or Sunday, then the public holiday is defined as including the next successive weekday or weekdays.  When this is the case, all of these dates will be included in the list above.

Our car parks are generally not suitable for motorhomes; however, we will try to accommodate them in East Whale Lane car park.

Please contact 01382 432095 to make arrangements prior to parking.

N.B. Overnight parking is prohibited in any Dundee City Council car park.

On-street parking provision for motorcycles is available in marked ‘m/cs only’ parking bays, free of charge for a 72-hour maximum period at the following locations:

• Cowgate
• Whitehall Crescent
• South Tay Street
• Exchange Street
• Commercial Street
• South Victoria Dock Road

Motorcycles may park free of charge in a surface level car park if there are no available on-street bays, by contacting the Parking Team and requesting dispensation:

Charging hours are between:
8.00am to 8.00pm, Monday - Sunday

Please check charging boards, meters and signs for set charging period at each location.

N.B. 24/7 entry and exit is available at all of our car parks.
