II TENDERS RECEIVED - FLEMING TRUST HOUSES - HEATING, KITCHENS AND BATHROOMS

 

There was submitted Report No 22-2020 by the Head of Design and Property giving details of a partnering project with Construction Services to carry out the above works.

 

The Trustees agreed to accept a partnering project with Construction Services in the sum of 74,750, to which required to be added allowances of 13,250, giving a total expenditure of 88,000.
