II TENDERS RECEIVED BY HEAD OF DESIGN AND PROPERTY - FLEMING TRUST HOUSES - HEATING, KITCHENS AND BATHROOMS

 

There was submitted Report No 10-2018 by the Head of Design and Property giving details of a partnering project with Construction Services to carry out the above works.

 

The Fleming Trustees agreed to the partnering project in the sum of 115,217, together with the undernoted allowances:-

 

Decoration, Carpet Allowances and Decants	9,950
Professional Services	9,793
Allowances	260

 

making a total expenditure of 135,220.
