I SUB-CONTRACTORS AND SUPPLY OF MATERIALS

 

There was submitted Report No 371-2003 by the Director of Dundee Contract Services listing details of Sub-Contractors and Suppliers of Materials to Dundee Contract Services for the value of 10,000 and over.

 

The Committee agreed to note the contents of the report.

 

II VEHICLE REPLACEMENTS 2003/2004

 

There was submitted Report No 412-2003 by the Acting Director of Environmental and Consumer Protection requesting authority for leasing arrangements for three replacement refuse collection vehicles, two replacement skip vehicles, one mini-compact sweeping vehicle, two replacement 3.5 tonne team-sweeping vehicles and six 1.5 tonne litter collection vehicles.

 

The Committee agreed to accept the offers from the suppliers detailed below:-
