Pain Association Scotland - Dundee Group
This is a professionally led group for people with all forms of chronic pain. Sessions are run by our pain and wellbeing coaches. They focus on building skills that help you to regain control and cope more effectively. You are welcome to attend at any point during the programme. You do not need to be referred by a health care professional to attend.
We acknowledge pat funding for this project from NHS Tayside.
Meeting take place at the venue The Steeple Church or online with zoom between 10.30am-12.30pm please see the full programme for 2026 below.

The group is running a blended programme of face-to-face and on-line for 2026. Everyone is welcome to attend either format throughout the year.
