Running Buddies is a friendly and supportive running group for all levels (16 years plus) ideal for beginners or anyone getting back into fitness. Enjoy sociable, guided runs/jogs or walks at your own pace while boosting confidence and wellbeing. This seasonal programme runs for 6 weeks over the summer-grab the opportunity while it lasts!
