What's On - Latin Quarter Social

With a Merengue Class at 7.30pm to get us started. The class will be suitable for total beginners and those with experience. Merengue is a fun, easy dance from Dominican Republic, and sometimes played at socials so it's good to learn a few basic steps/ moves.

There is also a free Taster Salsa Class, 8.15-8.45pm for anyone who is coming along to the social. Bring along friends and they can learn the basic Salsa steps to kick start the evening.

Followed by dancing to salsa and bachata music with a touch of kizomba and merengue from 8.45pm till midnight.

Anyone is welcome to come to the dance class and social. It's an opportunity to meet other dancers, practice moves and spice up your life.

This venue has a large dance floor, please pass the word. Come in the front door and the function room is upstairs. There is a licensed bar, which is also cash only.

Please bring along friends & family & help raise money for charity while having fun. There is a raffle, donations always welcome. All money raised goes to the Azul Wasi home, near Cusco for former street children in Peru.
