It is over 25 years since multi-award-winning bestseller Chris Brookmyre’s first book, Quite Ugly One Morning, was published.

Since then, he has established himself as one of the most popular crime writers in the UK, producing numerous titles - his novels have sold more than two million copies in the UK alone- and collaborating with his wife, Dr Marisa Haetzman, writing historical fiction under the name of Ambrose Parry.
