Partners are asked to ensure that the equipment is returned at the time agreed and that each laptop/iPad is ready to go out to the next organisation - this means that the equipment should be checked to ensure that nothing has been saved to the hard drive and that it has been wiped clean ready for use by the next group.
If any laptop/iPad is damaged or is found to be in-operable please inform reception staff on return so that any issues can be dealt with before the equipment is lent out again.
