From the 1st of March 2023, you will only be permitted to present your business waste during a 90-minute collection window on your contracted collection days. Bins or sacks must be presented at the beginning of the window allocated for each of your waste types, and must be removed from the street before the end of the collection window.
Our Commercial Waste Operations Team have established new collection routes to serve businesses located within the city centre project boundary. Collection times for these routes are displayed in the following table.
Service Delays
We will publish information about any service delays that may affect your collections. If your waste has not been collected by the end of the allocated time window, or as indicated in the service delay notifications, please contact Waste Management Admin by calling 01382 436228.

Notes:
- For Non-Recyclable (general) waste, two collection windows (Zones) will be in operation in the City Centre. You will be notified of your Collection Zone by letter prior to the start date.
- For Recyclable waste of all types, there is a single collection window.
