The ambassadors undertake daily high-profile patrols (doing almost 500,000 steps per month) within the city centre, providing a service to both the Council and all city centre users including businesses, residents and visitors. They engage daily with businesses, internal departments and key agencies including Police Scotland reporting issues, as well as directly undertake removal of graffiti and fly posting where possible.
