1. Download paper copies of the application forms (see Tree Works Forms and Tree Works Guidance Notes)
2. Email the application to planning@dundeecity.gov.uk

or

• Hand them into the Council's reception at Ground Floor Dundee House
• Post them to the Council at Dundee City Council, City Development Department, Floor 6 Dundee House, 50 North Lindsay Street, Dundee DD1 1LS.

• If you wish to report a concern about works being carried out to protected trees please contact a Planning Enforcement Officer. The Enforcement Officers can be contacted at planningenforcement@dundeecity.gov.uk.
