Percentage of people aged 65 or over with long term care needs receiving personal care at home

This is a new indicator and measures the extent to which the Partnership is maintaining people with long term care needs in the community. Home care is one of the most important services available to support people with community care needs to remain at home. This indicator measures the number of adults who are 65+ receiving care at home as a percentage of total number of adults needing long term care. This includes long stay care home and continuing care clients.
