Our team of Pest Control Officers have a wide experience in delivering a full range of pest proofing and pest control treatments, carrying out in excess of 5,000 visits per year.
The Council’s Pest Control team can provide a service for private residents and businesses across Dundee and are not just for Council tenants.
For the 2026/27 financial year, the charge for carrying out a treatment is £125 inc. VAT. Work involving gulls / pigeons / bed bugs as well as some larger insect infestations will require a Pest Control Officer to visit to determine the best course of action and a price will be discussed at that time.

Emergency Call-Out Service (Late May to September)
If you require an emergency pest control call-out outside normal office hours, we offer an emergency service from late May to September.
The emergency call-out charge is £197.00 including VAT.
This service is available:
- Monday to Friday: 5.00pm to 8.30am
- Weekends (Saturday and Sunday): 24 hours a day
