Our Employability Staff can assist with recruitment and training support. Subject to eligibility, this includes access to an In-Work Training Allowance where employers can provide employment opportunities to our suitable and motivated candidates - with aftercare support provided as part of our service.
Where possible, we will also provide information, guidance and access to training and employment initiatives such as Kickstart and Scotland's Young Person Guarantee. Furthermore, we can signpost businesses to other relevant support provided by partner organisation such as Skills Development Scotland, Dundee & Angus College, the Department for Work and Pension and others.
