I DECLARATION OF INTEREST
There were no declarations of interest.
II RAPID REHOUSING TRANSITION PLAN (RRTP) - REVIEW OF YEAR 2 AND COVID-19 IMPACT
There was submitted Report No 301-2021 by the Executive Director of Neighbourhood Services providing an update on year 2 of the implementation of the Rapid Rehousing Transition Plan, as approved in Article V of the minute of meeting of this Committee on 7th January, 2019, and highlighting the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the Plan.
The Committee agreed to note:-
(i) the content of the report and the year 2 update on the Rapid Rehousing Transition Plan submitted to the Scottish Government on 30th June, 2021; and
(ii) the impact of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic on the Rapid Rehousing Transition Plan.
III COMMUNITY LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN 2021/2024
There was submitted Report No 296-2021 by the Executive Director of Neighbourhood Services seeking approval for the Community Learning and Development (CLD) Plan, which had been developed with key CLD partners in the City, and which met the requirement for Community Learning and Development (Scotland) Regulations 2013.
The Committee agreed to approve the Community Learning and Development Plan, progress with which would be reported to the Building Stronger Communities Sub-Group of the Dundee Partnership and Committee annually.
IV DUNDEE STRATEGIC HOUSING INVESTMENT PLAN
There was submitted Report No 302-2021 by the Executive Director of Neighbourhood Services seeking approval of the Strategic Housing Investment Plan (SHIP) 2022/2027.
The Committee agreed to approve:-
(i) the content of the Strategic Housing Investment Plan 2022/2027; and
(ii) its submission to the Scottish Government.
V ENVIRONMENTAL IMPROVEMENTS 2021/2022
There was submitted Report No 309-2021 by the Executive Director of Neighbourhood Services seeking approval for further Environmental Improvements as part of the 2021/2022 programme.

VI TENDERS RECEIVED
There was submitted Report No 324-2021 by the Head of Design and Property detailing tenders received and requesting a decision thereon:-
(a) CAMPERDOWN PARK GENERAL IMPROVEMENTS
The Committee agreed to accept a negotiated contract from Tayside Contracts in the sum of 108,022.97, together with allowances of 13,977.03, giving a total expenditure of 122,000.
(b) BALGAY PARK AND CLATTO PARK TRAFFIC CALMING MEASURES
The Committee agreed to accept a negotiated contract from Tayside Contracts in the sum of 19,920.74, together with allowances of 7,079.26, giving a total expenditure of 27,000.
