I DECLARATION OF INTEREST

There were no declarations of interest.

II FOOD STANDARDS SCOTLAND - DELIVERY OF OFFICIAL CONTROLS

There was submitted Report No 172-2016 by the Executive Director of Neighbourhood Services advising the Committee of Food Standards Scotland (FSS) proposed measures to assist all Local Authorities in improving their effectiveness in the Delivery of Official Controls.

The Committee noted the content of the letter contained in Appendix 1 to the report and remitted the Executive Director of Neighbourhood Services to work towards meeting compliance with the proposed measures.

III DUNDEE COMMUNITY SAFETY PARTNERSHIP - COMMISSIONING BUDGET 2016-2017

There was submitted Report No 171-2016 by the Executive Director of Neighbourhood Services seeking approval for the Dundee Community Safety Partnership Commissioning Budget 2016-2017.

The Committee approved the proposed allocations, which would support the delivery of the Single Outcome Agreement, Outcome 6 - Our communities will be safe and feel safe.

IV NORTH SAFETY CAMERA UNIT

There was submitted Report No 186-2016 by the North Safety Camera Unit Manager, providing an update for the Committee on the activities and work undertaken by the North Safety Camera Unit within the Dundee City Council area during 2015-2016.

The Committee agreed to note the content of the report.
