II TENDERS RECEIVED
There was submitted Report No 327-2015 by the City Architect detailing tenders received and requesting decisions thereon:-
(a) LINLATHEN 1ST DEVELOPMENT - ROOF RENEWAL - PHASE 6
The Committee agreed to a negotiated project with the Environment Department (Construction Services) in the sum of 334,092.75, together with allowances of 28,398 for professional services, making a total expenditure of 362,490.75.
(b) LINLATHEN 1ST DEVELOPMENT - ROOF RENEWAL - PHASE 7
The Committee agreed to a negotiated project with the Environment Department (Construction Services) in the sum of 466,507.54, together with allowances of 39,653 for professional services, making a total expenditure of 506,160.54.
III TENDERS RECEIVED BY CITY ENGINEER
There was submitted Report No 277-2015 by the City Engineer detailing tenders received and requesting a decision thereon:-
(a) VARIOUS LOCK-UP GARAGES DEMOLITION
The Committee agreed to accept the lowest tender from Central Demolition in the sum of 115,090, together with the undernoted allowances:-
