I TENDERS RECEIVED
The City Architectural Services Officer submitted Report No 806-2003 giving details of offers received to carry out the undernoted works:-
(a) 20 FLEMING GARDENS NORTH - INTEGRATIONS
The Committee agreed to accept the lowest offer by Torith Limited amounting to 336,849.66 to which required to be added the undernoted allowances:-

(b) 4 AND 8 FLEMING GARDENS SOUTH - AUTO DOOR OPENERS
The Committee agreed to accept the lower offer from Martec Security Doors UK, Glasgow, to carry out the above works for the sum of 3,673.48 to which required to be added allowances of 250 for electrical work by Dundee Contract Services and 620 for professional services, making a total expenditure of 4,543.48.
