I TENDERS RECEIVED
The City Engineer submitted Report No 686-2001 giving details of offers received to carry out Security Improvements - Phase 3 at Kirkton Housing Estate.
The Committee agreed to accept the lowest offer by T & N Gilmartin (Contractors) Limited amounting to 155,504.20 to which required to be added the undernoted allowances:-

Angus Decorating Company Limited Painting.
II ARDLER - A NEW BEGINNING (NEW HOUSING PARTNERSHIP) DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT
On a reference to Article II of the minute of meeting of this Committee of 15th January 2001 and Article XI of the minute of meeting of this Committee of 18th June 2001, the Committee was advised that negotiations were now complete regarding a Development Contract with Sanctuary Scotland Housing Association and that the Chief Executive would sign the Development Contract on behalf of the City Council on 31st October 2001 with this being thereafter submitted to the Scottish Executive for formal consent to transfer to Sanctuary Scotland Housing Association.
The Committee noted accordingly.
