I ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT SERVICE PLAN 1999/2002 - ANNUAL SERVICE REPORT 2000/2001
The Director of Economic Development submitted Report No. 348-2001 informing the Committee of progress made towards the various performance targets contained in the Economic Development Service Plan.
The Committee noted the contents of the report.
II TENDER RECEIVED
MOBILE CCTV UNITS
The City Engineer submitted Report No. 266-2001 giving details of offers received to fit out two mobile CCTV units purchased by Tayside Police for use in Dundee and Perth and Kinross.
The Committee agreed to accept the lowest offer by White Group amounting to 107,613.05 to which required to be added allowances of 4,186.95 for contingencies and 3,600 for professional fees, making the total expenditure of 115,400 to be funded as undernoted:-

The Committee resolved under Section 50(A)(4) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act, 1973 that the public and press be excluded from the meeting for the undernoted items of business on the grounds that they involved the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraphs 6 and 9 of Part I of Schedule 7(A) of the Act.
