The staff located on the City Chambers floor are responsible for the "Civic Function" of Dundee City Council. This includes the access, administration and successful undertaking of the Lord Provost's, The Depute Lord Provost's and the nominated Bailies' civic programme.
All requests to be considered for inclusion on the Civic Programme are, in the first instance, to be submitted in writing via the Lord Provost’s Secretary. Similarly any request for use of either the City Chamber or the Lord Provost’s Twinning Room must also be submitted in writing as above.
