Mutual exchange

The council has selected House Exchange as its web-based mutual exchange partner, providing Dundee City Council tenants with a simple, safe and effective way to exchange homes with other council tenants and registered social landlord tenants.

Previously tenants would have had to pay to use the service but since the council signed up to Dundee House Exchange council tenants will be able to use the service for free.
