We are looking for an inspirational and strategic leader who will deliver digital transformation across the whole Council, supporting the implementation of the Council’s ambitious aims for a Modern Council. You will drive organisational change to improve performance and services while navigating current and future challenges.
Reporting to the Executive Director of Corporate Services, you will be a key player in the Corporate Services Management Team. You will lead Council services comprising Digital Services, Customer Services, Benefit Delivery, Corporate Debt, Council Advice Services, Council Tax and Non Domestic Rates administration. You will manage a workforce of 330 employees, a revenue budget of £18m and be responsible for £155m of Council revenues.
Your ability to form close and productive working relationships within and outwith the Council will be critical to ensuring your services support the delivery of the Council’s ambitious plans.
