Where you have made an application for planning permission and want to challenge the decision (or where no decision has been made within the set timescale), you will have the right to appeal. The right to seek an appeal/review lasts for 3 months from the date of the Decision Notice or 3 months from the date of expiry of the period allowed for determining the application.
