Dundee City Licensing Board - 14/11/2000

At a MEETING of the DUNDEE CITY LICENSING BOARD held at Dundee on 14th November, 2000.

The minute of meeting of the Licensing Board of today's date was held as read.

I SECTION 31 HEARING - MDP HOTEL AND LEISURE LIMITED, THE THREE BARRELS, STRATHMARTINE ROAD

Reference was made to the minute of meeting of the Licensing Board of 19th October, 2000 wherein it was agreed that a Section 31 Hearing be convened relative to a complaint received in respect of the above premises.

After hearing an agent on behalf of the Applicant, the Board agreed that no action be taken but in the event of further complaints being received then a further Section 31 Hearing would be convened.

II SECTION 32 HEARING - CHRISJOHN INNS LIMITED, CASTAWAYS, 98/100 NETHERGATE

Reference was made to the minute of meeting of the Licensing Board of 19th October, 2000 wherein it was agreed that a Section 32 Hearing be convened in respect of the above premises.

After hearing a report from the Environmental and Consumer Protection Department and having heard an agent on behalf of the Applicant, the Board agreed that no action be taken.
