It was reported, for information and record purposes, that following the counting of votes on 3rd October, 2024, the undernoted member had been declared to have been duly elected to serve as a Councillor for Ward 1 - Strathmartine.
Jimmy Black, Scottish National Party (SNP) - elected at Stage 6 - (turnout 22.3%)
(ii) DECLARATION OF POLL - WARD 2 - LOCHEE
It was reported, for information and record purposes, that following the counting of votes on 3rd October, 2024, the undernoted member had been declared to have been duly elected to serve as a Councillor for Ward 2 - Lochee.

It was reported that Councillor Short had intimated her resignation from Leisure and Culture Dundee and the City Council's instructions are sought with regard to the filling of this vacancy.
The Council agreed to appoint Councillor Lynn to the above position.
(ii) TACTRAN
It was reported that Councillor Flynn has intimated his resignation from Tactran and the City Council's instructions are sought with regard to the filling of this vacancy.
The Council agreed to appoint Depute Lord Provost Cordell to the above position.
(iii) DOVETAIL
It was reported that Councillor Flynn has intimated his resignation from Dovetail and the City Council's instructions are sought with regard to the filling of this vacancy.
The Council agreed to appoint Councillor Black to the above position.
(iv) DUNDEE PARTNERSHIP
It was reported that former Councillor Alexander resigned from Dundee Partnership Management and the City Council's instructions are sought with regard to the filling of this vacancy.
The Council agreed to appoint Councillor Flynn to the above position.
(v) DUNDEE PARTNERSHIP MANAGEMENT GROUP
It was reported that former Councillor Alexander resigned from Dundee Partnership Management Group and the City Council's instructions are sought with regard to the filling of this vacancy.

It was reported that former Councillor Alexander resigned from NHS Tayside Board and the City Council's instructions are sought with regard to the filling of this vacancy.
