At a HEARING of DUNDEE CITY LICENSING BOARD held at Dundee on 22nd June, 2000.

There was submitted a letter of complaint from the Chief Constable relative to the abovenamed. Part of the letter referred to convictions which were spent in terms of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and after hearing the Chief Constable's representative as to their age and nature the Board agreed that these be considered in the interests of justice.

Thereafter having heard an agent on behalf of the licence holder the Board agreed that no action be taken.

There was submitted a letter of complaint from the Chief Constable dated 25th May, 2000 relative to the above.

Part of the letter referred to convictions which were spent in terms of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and after hearing the Chief Constable's representative as to their age and nature the Board agreed that these be considered in the interests of justice.

Thereafter having heard an agent on behalf of the licence holder the Board agreed that consideration of the matter be deferred until October.
