After hearing the applicant, the Board agreed that the application be granted subject to his liaising with the Environmental and Consumer Protection Department relative to works requiring to be carried out to the premises.
In the case of Application No 19 by Kathleen Myles in respect of 102 Clepington Road, the Board having noted that the premises had been closed for some time, agreed that the application be granted subject to an inspection being carried out prior to the premises opening.
