At a MEETING of the LICENSING BOARD held remotely on 17th August, 2023.

I LICENSING (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005

(a) VARIATIONS (MAJOR)

The Board, having heard from a Licensing Standards Officer and the Board's Legal Adviser, agreed to allow the variation to remove dance facilities, to allow outdoor drinking and to add a beer garden to the east side of the premises subject to the local conditions that the consumption of alcohol be from 11.00am to 9.00pm from Monday to Sunday during the months of September to June and 10.00pm in July and August as per Board policy, that there be no amplified music or vocals within the outdoor area, that all persons should remain seated within the pod areas provided whilst consuming alcohol and that reusable plastic/polycarbonate glasses be used in the pod areas.

II PERSONAL LICENCE REVIEW

(i) ASHLEY SCOTT

The Board, having heard from the Chief Constables representative and the Boards Legal Adviser, agreed to revoke the licence.

III PREMISES LICENCE - NOTIFICATION OF CONVICTION

The Board agreed to note the information provided in relation to the undernoted premises licences and that no further action be taken in the meantime:-

(i) Nether Inn, 134 Nethergate; and

(ii) The Braes, 14 Perth Road
