The minute of meeting of this Board of 18th May, 2023 was held as read.
Prior to the commencement of business, the Convener referred to the death of former Bailie Rod Wallace, a former Convener of the Licensing Board, and paid tribute to the public service rendered by him.

The Board, having heard from the applicant, the Chief Constables representative and the Boards Legal Adviser, agreed to endorse the licence.
(ii) MARK McQUEEN
The Board, having heard from the Chief Constables representative and the Boards Legal Adviser, agreed to endorse the licence.
(iii) ASHLEY SCOTT
The Board agreed to defer this review to the August meeting of the Board to allow the licence holder to be in attendance.
