I DECLARATION OF INTEREST

II TENDERS RECEIVED BY HEAD OF HOUSING AND CONSTRUCTION

There was submitted Report No 145-2023 by the Executive Director of Neighbourhood Services, detailing tenders received and requesting a decision thereon. The approval of these tenders to a Framework that would be used to conduct call offs from would ensure that the materials and services listed below used as part of works within the repairs partnerships would continue to be procured compliantly and secure best value for the Council.

(a) SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF SCAFFOLDING

The Committee agreed to accept the offers for the supply, delivery and installation of Scaffolding Services within the Dundee City Council area from the following various suppliers:-

giving a total expenditure of 1,900,000 over four years (475,000 per annum).
