At a MEETING of the LICENSING BOARD held remotely on 15th December, 2022.

I LICENSING (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005

(a) NEW GRANTS

The Board, heard from the agent on behalf of the applicant the Licensing Standards Officer and the Boards Legal Adviser, agreed to approve the application.

Thereafter, the Convener moved that the application be refused. As an amendment, Councillor McIrvine moved that the application be approved.

On a division, there voted for the motion - the Convener and Councillors Smith and Lynn (3); and for the amendment - Councillors Anderson, Cruickshank, McIrvine, Shears and Coleman (5) - whereupon the amendment was declared carried and the application approved.

The Board, having heard from the agent on behalf of the applicant, the Licensing Standards Officer and the Boards Legal Adviser, agreed to approve the application, subject to the condition that off-sales facilities would only be available for patrons of the premises.
