II PREMISES ANNUAL FEE - CHARLESTON BAR
A request had been made by the licence holder of the Charleston Bar to have the annual fee suspended due to the premises being closed from due to storm damage since 26th December, 2021.
The Board, having heard from the applicant and the Boards Legal Adviser, agreed to defer this item to the January, 2023 meeting of the Board to allow the applicant to provide further information.
