The Board, having heard from the applicant, an objector, the Licensing Standards Officer and the Boards Legal Adviser, agreed to allow the variation to allow on-sales in the back area increasing the capacity to 144, which would include an ice-cream shack and a childrens play area, subject to the local conditions that amplified music and vocals would not to be played in the outside or rear areas and alcohol could only be consumed in the outdoor area 11am to 9pm Monday to Sunday during the months September to June and 11am to 10pm Monday to Sunday in the months of July and August.
II STATEMENT OF LICENSING POLICY 2023-2028 - CONSULTATION
The Board agreed that the Draft Statement of Licencing Policy 2023-2028 be submitted to interested parties as part of a consultation exercise.
III PREMISES LICENCE REVIEW

The Board, having heard from an agent on behalf of the applicant, the Chief Constables representative and Boards Legal Adviser agreed that a written warning be imposed.
IV PERSONAL LICENCE REVIEW
(i) DAVID C EVANS
The Board, having heard from an agent on behalf of the applicant, the Chief Constables representative and the Boards Legal Adviser agreed that the licence be endorsed.
