In the absence of the Convener, the Board unanimously agreed that Councillor Smith be appointed as Convener for this meeting.
Councillor Coleman declared an interest in Articles I, III and IV of this minute by virtue of the agent for these matters being known to him in a personal capacity and took no part in the proceedings and withdrew from the meeting during their consideration.
Councillor Shears declared an interest in Article II of this minute by virtue of the agent for this application being known to him in a personal capacity and took no part in the proceedings and withdrew from the meeting during its consideration.
