II TENDERS RECEIVED BY HEAD OF DESIGN AND PROPERTY
There was submitted Report No 117-2022 by the Executive Director of City Development detailing tenders received and requesting a decision thereon: -
(a) DALLFIELD MSD LIFT REPLACEMENT
The Committee agreed to accept an offer from Caltech Lifts Ltd in the sum of 1,366,361.50, together with allowances of 158,136.15, giving a total expenditure of 1,524,497.65.
(b) ANN STREET (77) HOUSING COMPLEX LIFT REPLACEMENT
The Committee agreed to accept an offer from Caltech Lifts Ltd in the sum of 98,180, together with allowances of 20,000, giving a total expenditure of 118,180.
(c) TWEED CRESCENT AND LANGSHAW ROAD REPLACEMENT ROOFS
The Committee agreed to accept a negotiated offer from Construction Services in the sum of 149,817.92, together with allowances of 17,000, giving a total expenditure of 166,817.92.
(d) 3 FINLARIG PLACE REPLACEMENT ROOF
The Committee agreed to accept a negotiated offer from Construction Services in the sum of 22,311.12, together with allowances of 3,000, giving a total expenditure of 25,311.12.
(e) INDIVIDUAL HOUSES 2022/2023 HEATING, KITCHENS AND BATHROOMS
The Committee agreed to accept a negotiated offer from Construction Services in the sum of 450,000, together with allowances of 50,000, giving a total expenditure of 500,000.
(f) INDIVIDUAL HOUSES 2022/2023 WINDOW REPLACEMENT
The Committee agreed to accept a negotiated offer from Construction Services in the sum of 70,000, together with allowances of 5,000, giving a total expenditure of 75,000.
(g) 111A KINGSWAY EAST RICHMOND FELLOWSHIP BOILER REPLACEMENT
The Committee agreed to accept an offer from Scan Building Services Ltd in the sum of 26,886.56, together with allowances of 3,700, giving a total expenditure of 30,586.56.
(h) THE ESPLANADE, BROUGHTY FERRY TENNIS COURTS
The Committee agreed to accept an offer from Tayside Contracts in the sum of 141,974.97, together with allowances of 30,000, giving a total expenditure of 171,974.97.
