I DECLARATION OF INTEREST
There were no declarations of interest.
II REGISTRATION OF FLEMING TRUST WITH OSCR
There was submitted Agenda Note AN10-2022 setting out the reasons why it would be beneficial for the Fleming Trust to be registered as a charity with the (Office of the) Scottish Charity Regulator ("OSCR") and seeking instructions regarding registration.
Having considered the Note, the Trustees gave approval to apply to seek registration of the Fleming Trust with OSCR.
III FLEMING TRUST - INCREASING SUPPLY OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING
On a reference to Article II of the minute of meeting of this Trust of 9th March, 2015, there was submitted Report No 40-2022 by the Executive Director of Neighbourhood Services outlining the aims and objectives of the Fleming Trust and how the Fleming Trust might be used as a vehicle to increase the supply of affordable rented housing in Dundee. The report further outlined the recommended financing option and process for the transfer of assets for 12 new build units at Derby Street to the Fleming Trust for affordable rent.
The Trustees approved the financing option and acquisition by way of property transfer as set out within the report to acquire 12 new build units at Derby Street new build development.
