I DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
Councillor Flynn declared a non-financial interest in Article II(a) by virtue of being involved in discussions with the applicant in his role as Convener of the City Development Committee, left the meeting for this item, and took no part in the debate.
Councillor Flynn declared a non-financial interest in Article II(b) by virtue of his family member being a patient at the Chiropractic clinic, left the meeting for this item, and took no part in the debate.

It was reported that a request had been received for a deputation to address the Committee in support of the application. Having considered objections received, the Committee approved the application, subject to the conditions recommended by the Head of Planning and Economic Development and, in the circumstances, declined to hear the deputation.

It was reported that a request had been received for a deputation to address the Committee in support of the application.
