The Board, having heard from the applicant, a Licensing Standards Officer and the Boards Legal Adviser, agreed to approve the application, subject to the conditions that on-sales consumption would be between the hours of 11am to 12am Sunday to Thursday and 11am to 1am Friday and Saturday, that children and young persons under the age of eighteen would not be permitted in the premises after 8pm and that all amplified music and vocals should be inaudible in the nearest residential accommodation.

The Board, having heard from the agent on behalf of the applicant, a Licensing Standards Officer and the Boards Legal Adviser, agreed to approve the application, subject to the condition that all live music, including karaoke and DJ, will cease at 12 midnight and that background music should only be played between 12 midnight and 1am Friday and Saturday only.
