The minute of meeting of this Board of 20th May, 2021 was held as read.

I PAVEMENT CAFE APPLICATION

(i) PAPA JACQUES, 314-316 BROOK STREET

The Board, having heard from an agent on behalf of the applicant, the Chief Constables representative and the Boards Legal Adviser, agreed to grant the application, subject to local conditions that alcohol can only be consumed in the outdoor area 11am to 9pm Monday to Sunday during the months September to June and 11am to 10pm Monday to Sunday in the months of July and August.

II OCCASIONAL LICENCE APPLICATION

(i) GULISTAN HOUSE INDIAN RESTAURANT AND TAKEAWAY, QUEEN STREET, BROUGHTY FERRY

The Board, having heard from the applicant, the Chief Constables representative and the Boards Legal Adviser agreed to grant the applications until the end of August, 2021, noting that an update regarding the application for a full premises licence be given to the Board at its meeting on 19th August, 2021, whereby consideration to the grant of any further occasional applications would be given.

III PERSONAL LICENCE - REQUEST FOR REVIEW

(i) FRANK FALCONER

The Board agreed to a hold Personal Licence review hearing in respect of Jeff Stewart.
