II NEIGHBOURHOOD SERVICES SERVICE PLAN 2021/2024
There was submitted Report No 161-2021 by the Executive Director of Neighbourhood Services presenting the Service Plan for Neighbourhood Services for the period 2021-2024.
The Committee agreed to approve the Service Plan which was attached as an appendix to the report.
III ENVIRONMENTAL IMPROVEMENTS; PLAY IMPROVEMENTS, SPEND TO SAVE AND CEMETERY INFRASTRUCTURE2021/2022
There was submitted Report No 163-2021 by the Executive Director of Neighbourhood Services seeking approval for further Environmental Improvements as part of the 2021/2022 programme.

IV TENDERS RECEIVED
There was submitted Report No 167-2021 by the Head of Design and Property detailing tenders received and requesting a decision thereon:-
(a) CRAIGMORE STREET RETAINING WALL
The Committee agreed to accept the lowest tender from Dundee Plant in the sum of 26,302.90, together with allowances of 7,500, giving a total expenditure of 33,802.90.
(b) HOUSING CONCRETE REPAIRS PROGRAMME 2021/2022 WORKS
The Committee agreed to accept the tender with highest ranking score for cost and quality from Andersons Specialist Contracting in the sum of 97,119, together with allowances 73,250, giving a total expenditure of 170,369.
(c) CAMPERDOWN 15TH DEVELOPMENT PHASE 1 - ROOF REPLACEMENT
The Committee agreed to accept a negotiated contract from Construction Services in the sum of 136,851.08, together with allowances of 14,000 giving a total expenditure of 151,851.18.
